A proud moment as nutrition research from Erode reaches an international platform. In this video, Dr Arunkumar shares his experience about his research accepted in ASN – Nutrition 2026 conference in the USA. Discover how Indian food and nutrition research is being presented to the global scientific community. Learn why evidence-based research on traditional diets and nutrition matters. A special milestone celebrating science, research, and Indian contributions to nutrition. This video is for health awareness and scientific education.

We are delighted to share that three of our research abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) – NUTRITION 2026 conference held in Washington DC , one of the world’s premier scientific conferences in nutrition research. Our work explores the role of Low-Carbohydrate High-Fat (LCHF) nutrition in improving metabolic health beyond conventional calorie-restriction approaches.

Significant reduction in triglyceride levels Many participants avoided or discontinued lipid-lowering medications Benefits observed even in lean individuals without significant weight loss

These studies represent years of work from our diet clinic, analysing real-world patient outcomes and asking an important question: Can improving metabolic health by reducing carbohydrate burden be more important than simply reducing calories?

The abstracts have also been published in CDN (Current Developments in Nutrition) ,one of the world’s top most medical nutrition journals. Science grows through discussion, evidence, and collaboration. This is only the beginning.

Thank you everyone for your whole hearted support & encouragement.
